Career performance resets

After the first promotion, my career level jumps a few levels too many ahead (like from level 5 to 9, instead of 5 to 6). After this my career performance and daily task reset every time I go to work, making getting a promotion impossible. 

For example in the military career I went from Evidence Eraser to Sim-In-Black in one promotion. And after that the Daily Task or Performance bar wouldn’t work properly. The same thing happened with the Secret Agent career. 

My sim has the Entrepreneurial trait.
