Since the latest update for The Sims 4 on PS5, I’ve been experiencing a major issue in Create-a-Sim mode. Whenever I go into clothing, hairstyles, or any item category, I can’t select anything immediately. I also want to point out that I do not see any cursor or scrolling on my screen: from my perspective, the list appears frozen, and then after a long wait the game suddenly teleports me to the bottom of the list. Only once I’m at the bottom can I finally select an item. Since I have a lot of packs installed, this can take several minutes every single time, which makes Create-a-Sim almost unusable. This issue happens with every Sim and every time I use CAS. It seems like this bug only started happening after the recent console update.

    Same here. I cannot change hairstyles via the "infinity symbol" or updo subcategories. I'm on PS5. The long medium short subcategories work and I can scroll.

    Hello! I have found that with stuff like hair and clothes, for example if you are wearing long hair the long hair section freezes. i usually switch to a short hair style or for clothes if i want a shirt to switch to a tank top and it fixes it so i can choose whatever long hair/clothing type i want. its still annoying to have to do it everytime and its time consuming. for things like bracelets for example if you bring up your cursor by hitting B i believe, and switch between everyday and formal it kind of bugs it back to normal and lets you use it. this is just what works for me on Xbox tho so idk about playstation
