City Living...MISSING?

I play SIMS 4 on my PS5. I originally purchased the City Living Expansion Pack back on Aug. 16, 2024, and it's been awesome. BUT...about 3 months ago, my access to City Living suddenly VANISHED, the main menu still shows I currently OWN it, but when I hover over it, it says "Download To Use"...which I can't because it shows I already downloaded it. None of my other packs are having this issue, only the City Living got affected. How can I fix this and get back to EVERYTHING I created for it?
