Completely Broken Game - Black World/Objects & Crashing when Loading in

I am on an Xbox one and have version 2.3.2310. I have all DLC except the castle kit. 

These issues only happen on a specific save file. I’ve tried everything and sometimes going into build  mode before loading into live mode and deleting some objects helps or playing as another family first and then switching over to mine but honestly, that is too much just to get my game to work when I have no custom content or mods.

Every time without fail, loading into that safe file, my game crashes and completely loads out of the game and I’m back to my Xbox home screen. This has been happening since July and has yet to be fixed.

Now it is even worse because almost everything on the lot is black and so is the world, and some objects appear invisible.

I am also unable to pick certain lots for wedding venues and when trying to edit events from the calendar, it’s a blank screen. There are probably so many more issues with the same file but these are what’s been happening consistently.
