Console - Sims 4 Horse ranch won’t install

Please try the following:

1. Turn off Your system completely

• Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
• Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
  Important Be sure to wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
• Plug the console power cable back in.
• Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on. 

2. Manually check for any game updates.

• To set your console to automatically receive updates:
  • Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
  • Select System > Settings > System > Updates & downloads.
  • Select Keep my console up to date for console and Keep my games & apps up to date for games and apps.

3. Make sure your Console system software is up to date. 

• Make sure your console is connected to the internet, and then press the Xbox button to open the guide.
• Select System > Settings > System > Updates & downloads.
• Under Updates, you’ll see:
  • Console update available. Select this button to begin your update, or
  • No console update available. This means your console is up to date.

If you're still having issue once you've tried this, please fully uninstall and reinstall The Sims 4 and let me know how it looks then.

Are you on Xbox or PlayStation? What error do you see when you try to download Horse Ranch?

I pre-ordered the digital content and expansion pack together, but it's still telling me I have to buy the expansion. It was just in my manage list before I did a full reset on my Xbox but now the only thing showing up is the digital content. The expansion isn't even on my list anymore. It still says I have to buy it, when I've already purchased it, I'm not sure what to do but I'm extremely upset if I wasted my money....
