Console issue! Freezing/Bugs since the last update

Version:  1.67.26.2310

Platform: Xbox Series S


Since the last update, my game is almost unenjoyable.I think the problem has been there since Monday (before that, but now every time)

The problem is that it constantly freezes/crash and randomly throws me out of the game, which, in addition to being annoying, also means a lot of wasted hours.Sims are never do the commands given to them, they stand still and do not move until their needs are constantly reduced. Constantly freezes even in case of death. The reaper is stuck inside the lot, and my sim doesn't die, she/he stays in the lot and just lies on the ground while the rest of the family keeps mourning her/him…I can't exit because it's not possible to save the game while my sim is dying. This has also happened at least three times in the last 4 days. When is the above-mentioned issues expected to be fixed??

    @leilaalkholySounds like very bad simulation lag. Try some of the following:
    - Don't use autosave, also try to use "save as" and create a new save file once in a while instead of overwriting the same one every time. Then of course, delete the previously saved one.
    - Shut down your console completely, unplug all cables, then hold the power button for 30 seconds. This should clear your device cache.
    - Load the game and remove all played sims personal inventory and household inventory. Also, try to remove all of your notifications from your wall and as much from your local library as you're comfortable with (upload to gallery is ok)
    - if all else fails, reinstall your game. This should not delete save games unless you select delete save file on your console 🙂
