Console Recover Save file

I saw that you could apparently now do this in the patch update and on the discussions things since it gives you steps to do it.

its not working, there's nothing that comes up so I assume we haven't actually got this? or is it like really hidden because so far I cant find a way to go back to an older version of a save file?

I dont know if we are exactly meant to have it on console but I would assume this is a bug if we are meant to have it?
