Corrupted Save File wont load past opening load screen.
So for the last 2 hours I've been trying to play the sims 4 on PS5, I've resetted, cleared cache, reinstalled. Now everything over 300 hours of game play is practically gone, it's been confirmed that the save file is corrupted (don't know how since it's only every saved to the cloud or console) now when I go on another profile it works fine its basically starting all over again but mine it doesn't. I'm really not happy. I'm really devastated, everything is just gone.

Unfortunately if your save game has become corrupt, there isn't a way to restore that progress. You would need to delete the corrupted save file and continue playing on a new save instead.
