Crashes on ps5

Sorry but I can't play the event or anything else because my game crashes everytime I try to save, and even when switching out of households it crashes. If I can't save my progress to get my rewards then there's no use of playing it at all. I never use to have this problem before but for the past several months I've been dealing with this issue and its stressful and annoying. I got on here plenty of times to write about this issue for months now but nothing has been done. Im just tired. Hopefully someday you all would also put some effort into the console players like you do the pc players. I know the pc players will always come first since more players play on pc but us console players want to play the game too.
