Crashing, Freezing, ect

I can't move on my lot without my sim freezing in place for hours in game. This happens even when traveling to other regions and I can't complete tasks, go to work, or even interact with others without her freezing. Just today, even going into build mode makes the game crash. On top of that, the discovery quest comes back no matter how many times I complete them. I'm on ps5.
