Crashing when entering CAS or trying to travel

For several months now I've been having nearly constant issues with my game crashing when entering CAS or attempting to travel with sims. It'll just load forever, then crash. Playing on PS4, own alm...

It might just be cus you have an old console, when I had my xbox one it would crash a lot too, (this was last year) :(
