Crashing?

I went on the sims this morning it was perfectly fine until it kicked me off out of nowhere. And ever since, i haven’t been able to get pass the loading screen without it kicking me out. I tried and searched every method out there even resetting my xbox, reinstalling, & restarting.

    I believe we need an update. My game has been doing this too. My game has even gotten to the point where I factory reset my game to restart fresh.. and even without mods/cc it crashes and gets stuck. I think it's a problem on EA's end. I keep seeing other people with similar problems.
