Download to use?
I am on a xbox s and one pack won’t work. It keeps saying download to use, i’ve uninstalled the game and the specific pack multiple times and it won’t let me use the pack. When i hover over the specific pack on main page it just says download to use. I don’t know what else to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
4db4574a9f58cc86 do you have sufficient space on your console? Check your memory to see how much space you have available go to Settings>System>Storage Devices and your Internal Storage will be there. The Series S has a smaller memory so perhaps it's low on space. Also check it's up to date in System>Updates. If they all look okay in Sims 4>Manage Game and Add-ons and ensure that your problem pack is checked and showing as installed and then load the game and see if it's working.
Also ensure you're in the same account that purchased the pack for Xbox.
