Eco lifestyle not showing up in my game

Hello, I bought eco lifestyle expansion pack today, my base game is up to date and my playstation is up to date, I downloaded the pack its showing up in notifications its installed, launched my game and its showing up it's not installed and evergreen is greyed out. I paid £32.99 for this on the play store
