Missing packs on Xbox one

Ok so I noticed this first happening right after the fairy pack came out. So I went to play my sims game and some of my packs went missing. It started off with like maybe 2 or 3 packs missing. It won’t let me play them on the game and when looking at the packs on the game it pops up like if I never bought the packs before. But when I went to my settings on Xbox it said they was still installed and was still there. Ever sense then I tried to go back on there and play and the next time it took about 1 or 2 more packs away. I tried uninstalling the game, relinking my Xbox to my EA account, changing my EA password and relogging into my Xbox EA account. I’ve also restarted my Xbox and have unplugged it too. I honestly don’t know what to do at this point.
Also when uninstalling the game and reinstalling it back those missing packs vanished from my add ons.

IntoTheNight_26 Thanks for that update! If you check your Xbox purchase history, are there entries for those missing packs?

If not, it'd be worth confirming whether you're signed in to the correct Xbox account linked to your EA account, and if you were previously accessing those packs through game sharing.

Hey IntoTheNight_26,

Just to confirm, are the missing packs installed when you navigate to the Manage Games and Add-ons, even after power cycling your console? If not, have you had game sharing on in the past?

If your packs are installed in your Add-ons but not in-game, please navigate to Marketplace > My Collection to see if those packs are activated.

Yes it would still say they were installed. When I recently uninstalled the game to see if that would fix it unfortunately those missing packs disappeared off the add ons when going into the Xbox settings. So I don’t know if I lost those packs completely or what happened to them. Now going into the Microsoft store it shows I have to buy them again.
