Error 102

I know many had this issue, and EA indicated an update was done to fix it. But my households still won’t load, and my system is showing no updates to install. 

Every time I go to open a household, the los screen does its thing then the game crashes and goes back to the worlds page and it says “the game failed to los. Error code: 102.3efae6b3:66199455. It is recommended that you relaunch the game” 

Relaunch and the same thing. I saw on older threads that error 102 is outdated mods but I’ve never put cheats or mods on my system. I’m playing on Xbox one. 

any advice?
