Error code 0 sims 4 console

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Seasons , city living , island living , cottage living , cats and dogs , snowy escape
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure
What happens when the bug occurs? Sign pops up saying ' error code 0 game failed to save '. I am unable to save my game . After this comes up : can't save lots or rooms to library , can't save sims to library , all photos sims have taken go black , can't upload anything to the gallery . After I exit the game and come back the game has disappeared off the save menu , the auto save is still there but I have all the same problems. Every game I start has these isues
What do you expect to see? The game should save normally , the game should not delete itself , new games should have none of the issues
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.

I play sims 4 on my X box 1 . I've been experiencing the error code 0 bug and I'm unable to save my games or any new games I create. It has not been fixed for console players and none of the strategies provided work
