Error code CE-34878-0

I play on the ps4, I have every pack, but obviously no CC or mods as I'm on a console.

 I've been having a crash everytime I try to have my sim travel anywhere. She has the doctor career and I'll click the option to follow her. It'll load for a while and then pop up with that error code. Same thing if I try to click on her phone and select to travel. I didn't have this issue until I downloaded the new kits. It would show up every once in a while, but now it's everytime I try to travel. It won't let her go anywhere other than home. The application is fully updated as well as my ps4 is fully updated. I'm not sure what else to do.
