Event rewards missing

I logged in the respective days for the “Society Papers” and “Moonlit Keepsake”, at first it would not let me claim them even though the option was available. Then, when it finally did, they are no where to be found. I've looked by name and by filtering for event unlockables. I haven't seen anyone kse report this issue yet so just wanna make sure Im not stupid.
