Gallery freezes in endless loading when opening certain items on the gallery
For the past 3 updates, this bug has been reported repeatedly, yet for some reason I noticed it hasn't been added to the bug list post. I'll try to be as clear as I can.
Here's what happens:
- I open the game normally on my PlayStation 5. Note that I am signed in to both my EA account and PS account and have a good Internet connection, and I double-checked.
- I press Gallery.
- I click on a household or lot or room on the Gallery.
- The page shows up as in the attached image, and absolutely no buttons do anything.
The game practically freezes, yet the loading circle is still moving and music is still playing. I have to close the game and reopen it to get out, which can cause problems if I am in the middle of playing and can't save. Plus, it's just simply tedious.
Yet, for some reason, not all gallery items do this. Mostly just newer households. It might have something to do with a limited/newly-added item or the new gallery UI if that's the case.
This also happens on other accounts on my console.
You guys really need a better way to report bugs that have to do with the gallery specifically (including the web version), because the gallery is a mess and has been for a few years now.
