Everything loading slow and game freezing

For a while now (not sure exactly when it started) ts4 on my ps4 has been loading horribly slow and keeps freezing during build mode and live mode. It has always been a little slower than a computer but recently it is just taking too long. Sometimes it takes so long that by the time I load into the household I wanted to play in, I don't want to play anymore. And it is also freezing for about 5-9 seconds, especially in build mode, about 3-5 times a minute. Most buttons and stuff I press makes the game freeze. I'm so tired of it
