First, please try the following steps to be sure your packs are all properly installed to your console:
If your packs are showing as unowned here, it sounds like you may be logging into your Xbox with a different Microsoft account than the account you had originally purchased your packs on. You'll want to review the transaction history for your Microsoft account and check for your missing packs there.
Sorry for the late reply, I was locked out of my account.
So I signed into the all of the other accounts that were on my Xbox and it turns out my sister bought 2 of the 3 packs on two separate accounts ; I got those to work by going into the order history. But the last pack (which is cats and dogs) still won’t work. I went through the order history again and it isn’t on any of the account on my Xbox. What do I do now ?
Community ManagerIf you're not seeing it in your order history, you'll want to get in contact with Xbox support directly so they can review your details with you and help locate the account this pack has been purchased on.
