Sorry for the late reply, I was locked out of my account.
So I signed into the all of the other accounts that were on my Xbox and it turns out my sister bought 2 of the 3 packs on two separate accounts ; I got those to work by going into the order history. But the last pack (which is cats and dogs) still won’t work. I went through the order history again and it isn’t on any of the account on my Xbox. What do I do now ?
