@EA_Solaire No I’m still unable to use my add ons. It still says requires sims 4 game (sold separately)

Community ManagerAre you game-sharing with anyone, or has the base game and all your DLC been purchased on your account directly?
Originally yes it was a game share then I bought the game myself almost two years ago. I’m guessing the problem started once they shared another game with someone else and that’s when my game stopped working
