I forgot to mention that yes, I have unplugged the unit and cleared the cache. I actually do this on a regular basis and have done it 3 times i the past 2 months. The My First Pet Stuff Pack has stayed unavailable the whole time.

EA Staff@7e4e604dfb2ef367 do you own a base game + Cats & Dogs disc version of the game as well, or did you purchase Cats & Dogs separately and digitally on the Microsoft Store? Also, is your base game a disc or digital?
@EA_Mai I once owned the disc version of the base game but it stopped working in the xb1 after a few years so I bought the digital version of the base game so I wouldnt need the disc anymore (and it worked). All of my packs, including cats and dogs are digital - I did not know you could even purchase a disc version of the expansions for console. I have never purchased anything in a bundle. All packs were purchased individually.
