My packs are gone !
Multiple packs and kits of mines that I have been purchased and been playing with are now saying i have to repurchase them !! It’s saying I own them and when I go to reinstall it brings me to PlayStation cart ? What’ is going on. Ever since the update my game has been so messed up. My pictures never used to turn black until sims 4 team said they’re fixing that bug for everyone else… now all my pictures are turning black. I’ve spent way too much money through out the years for my game to out of no where say I own but don’t own my packs. I’ve deleted and reinstalled everything and yet it say it’s unstall it won’t let me access them unless I repurchase
Rosesjayy you'll need to reach out to PlayStation support if restoring licences hasn't made a difference. Purchasing issues are their responsibility. I've answered you on your other post too. I'll mark this as Solved. Good luck.
