I've tried getting My First Pet to work, and on the Sims 4 main page it says I don't own the pack. In Manage Games it says I have all the packs, but in-game it's not showing up as owned. I contacted XBox Support and we spent over an hour using manual work-around tricks, several power cycles/hard restarts, manual patches, and after all that there was no change. I was directed to EA Contact Support, but they're closed. Any idea when or if this pack will work? I have all the packs, and technically I also have this one.
@NayNayMacrame Do you own the Cats and Dogs bundle on disc?
The entirety of the game is digital, no discs involved.
- @NayNayMacrame Thank you for getting back to me on this. The EA team is aware that this is a problem. The pack appearing on the home screen is possibly a visual bug of having purchased My First Pets and then refunding it.
