Hey all,

This issue was resolved in Patch 1.70.

Please be sure to fully close and update your game- if you're still having crashing issues once your game is fully updated, please create a new thread here so we can investigate further.

@WeeWitch4241 This has been happening to me too for like a month now, we fully reset the Xbox, uninstalled and reinstalled the game and packs, and it still shuts off every time I try to save. I don't know what to do!!!

@sahmoistout I'm fed up of it. Try to save because you know it will crash and it crashes while trying to save. Fed up! Spend a fortune on the packs and you don't even get the full experience.
