Hey all,

This issue was resolved in Patch 1.70.

Please be sure to fully close and update your game- if you're still having crashing issues once your game is fully updated, please create a new thread here so we can investigate further.

Sims 4 on xbox keeps crashing. Anytime i save or come out of build mode or travel. Its very annoying and frustrated. I've cleared the cashe, did a hard shutdown and unplugged the power source and uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Nothing is working

Hey luv, same here e every single thing you say is what is happening to me. I save so much I can't even play. Just cuts off for no reason. I swear to god will not buy Eco life
