Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Whenever this bug happens, it just tells me to report the problem.
What happens when the bug occurs? Since this last huge update that was released a day or so ago, I can not play my Sims game without it crashing. The longest I’ve been able to play has been twenty minutes, if that. I had the same issue when they released the update that gave Sims the use of ladders. Is there anything I can do to stop my game from crashing?
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to play my Sims game without seeing the bright blue error crash screen

Ever since this last huge Sims 4 update, I can’t play my game without it crashing. The longest I was able to play was twenty minutes, if that, before I saw the bright blue crash screen appear. The same happened after the update with the ladders. Can anyone give me any advice on what I can do to prevent this from happening? I love Sims, and really want to keep playing my game without it crashing every few minutes.
