@PoptartJuniper Hello thanks for responding. My game is fully up to date. And im sorry but I do not understand what you mean with the last question. What does that do and how do I do it? It wont delete my game files right? These technical things are a bit difficult to me. Thanks again for your help.
@MistyRaya From the dashboard go to Settings > Application Saved Data Management > Saved Data in System Storage. Select the Sims 4. A list of all your save games will appear. In that list will be a file called userdata, simply select that one file > options > delete
- @PoptartJuniper Thanks for the help, I followed your steps and deleted the savedata but it does not solve the gallery crash. Do you have any other suggestions?
