[XB/PS] Can't Claim event rewards/Connect to gallery/No Gallery

When I go to claim the rewards it says that I must be connected to the internet. I am connected to the internet and I've checked the settings and everything else. I should be able to claim them but n...

This is also happening to me so I can’t claim any of the event awards that I’ve been spending all day doing as it keeps saying need to be online
