Gallery missing on Xbox

I logged into my Sims 4 on Xbox one and my gallery is missing. All I have is “My Library”. I have previously, as of last week, had access to the gallery but now it is gone.

    @DragonflyChik79 

    Are you able to access and login to The Gallery from the website version here? 

    Let's also try these connectivity steps on your console:

    • Please run through the connection guide here as well as the steps from Xbox 
    • Change your DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use) 
    • Try removing and re-adding your gamertag from your Xbox

    Hiya @DragonflyChik79,

    First, let's try a full power cycle on your Xbox with these steps:

    • Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
    • Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
      Important Be sure to wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
    • Plug the console power cable back in.
    • Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on. 

    Next, please be sure that your gamertag is successfully linked with your EA account, and that your Xbox live membership is currently active. If you're still not able to access The Gallery once you've run through those steps, please let me know.

    I have gone through all these steps and still do not have an option to go to the gallery.
