Game Crashing before main menu -Xbox

My sims 4 game has consistently been crashing on my Xbox series x. I am able to get to the title screen, I log into my account, and it moves to the loading screen. At the very last part of the loading progress bar, it slows down for a long time before crashing. I tested to use a burner xbox account to see if that was an issue. It loaded in fine so it must be an issue with the save files or something with my actual xbox account. How do I remove my saves on my actual Xbox account or fix the crashing issue?
