Game crashing

I had the CAS issue the moment the update was complete, I found a work around by filtering colours and packs but then once I got into playing the real issues started, the doctor career and acting career were unplayable, so I started a new save  and then the crashing started (I’ve always had crashing issues but they were pretty few and far between) so I restarted and it lasted about 10 minutes and then it crashed again so I restarted and long story short I can’t make it 5 minutes without crashing so the game is completely unplayable
