Game doesn't display correctly
Game does not display correctly. It's as if the aspect ratio is set to 4:3 rather than the standard 16:9. Essentially the game screen is larger than the tv has room to show.
I found another thread that is supposed to address this. It was suggested to adjsut the setting on the console itself. I did that and it did not correct anything.
Obviously there was an issue created when they ported this game to ps4. No other game i play has this display issue.

Have you tried adjusting the margins from the in-game settings to better fit your TV screen? From the main menu of The Sims, head to Options-> Game Options-> Other-> Adjust Margins and you'll be able to manually adjust the screen to fit your TV there.
