Game freezing on loading screen.

What is your current game version number? Not sure it won’t load
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Island living, get to work, city living, cats and dogs, seasons, get together, get famous, vampires, dine out, strangerville, outdoor retreat, spa day, parenthood, moschino, laundry day, toddler, bowling night, vintage glamour, romantic garden, backyard, kids room, movie hangout, spooky, cool kitchen, perfect patio, and luxury party.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Trying to load game
What happens when the bug occurs? It says to log into my Xbox name and after I do, it freezes.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see it not freezing so I can actually play my game.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
I go into my game on console and it tells me to log into my Xbox profile (which it has always done with no problem) then I go back to the page where it says hit “A” to continue and the screen is frozen.
