Game looks dull and colors have changed

I FIXED IT!! had to go to manage game and turn off auto HDR

was on my Xbox last night and the colors looked fine. I get on today and it’s so grey and dull. I reset my tv setting to be normal but the sims game just looks so bad. My Xbox Home Screen looks normal.  The pictures aren’t doing it justice because the phone camera makes it look brighter. When I screen shot it on captures it shows up just like it should look. The needs bars are almost orange and light green
