Game packs

Hey guys so I got the update on my ps5 it kicked 11 packs I have and they aren’t showing up anymore. I tried deleting the whole game and redownloaded all the packs and the 11 still aren’t showing up ...

    Heya KGIRLGrounds​ 

    First please try the following:

    • Restore the licenses on your console 
    • Go to your Game Library 
    • Scroll to Your Collection
    • Select The Sims 4
    • Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here
    • Select the DLC in this list and select Install
    • When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims

    Let me know if your content is showing as installed, but still isn't available in-game for you.

    I did everything up to the dlc list and install. Because when I go to my lists on the sims app it says download to use, but when I go to DLC says installed? Then I got a white screen trying to take pictures and had to restart my whole game 🫠

      I did it 3 more times and restarted my ps5 and it worked so thank you so much!!
