Game won’t load (Error code 102)

I keep getting “the game failed to load. Error code: 102:d42eaf9c:d73d6d43. It is recommended that you relaunch the game” whenever I try and load any household in my save. The game is now completely unplayable. Is anyone else having this?

I’m on console (Xbox XS) so no mods. This started after the Lovestruck update.
