Game Won't Load.

So I pre ordered Hobbies and Business and began playing for about an hour when it first came out on the 6th. I shut the game off and when I went to Play it again the game wouldn't load. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling everything, all my pack and the base game as well, that didn't fix it. Only when I uninstalled Hobbies and Business on its own dod my game start working again. I got a refund and today I repurchased the pack, hoping it would work now.

It doesn't. Same issue as before, I get past the main menu but if I try to resume a saved game, infinite loading screen. 

I'm hoping someone can help, I really enjoyed the pack and it's gonna stink to have to refund it again.
