Hard locking and saying I do not own packs I do own.

 Xboxseriersx long time player. I am rage quitting! I am so completely upset! I cannot download my own Sims or created lots! I have uninstalled the game 3 times, and re-installed. Cannot uncheck boxs to make packs read that i own them.  They ard all showing as active! And No, way to even repurchase them! And I cannot even download my own creations or look at the comments of my creations or I am hard locked. Why? Why? Can't you Fix this EA. It is clearly on your end! Did you disable the licensing for console players on certain packs? Why? Some packs say owned at 50% or 35%. What the heck does that even mean! Then the siver screen kit says i dont own it at all. When I bought it on the same account I bought all of them on. I have bought all packs, stuff packs, kits. Everything! I  have put alot of money and time invested in this game. I used to super enjoy it now. I am done! Make a game work! I paid my money into it! Hard working money. I am not rich. This is absolutely outrageous! And unacceptable! And wrong to treat loyal customers this way! I see where your priorities are. Fix the moola first! Well you might lose your player base that way! I cannot play something that used to give me alot of happiness and joy! I will never play another game of yours ever! You have lost a person who buys everything bf release!
