Haven't gotten update for 25th birthday

Hi everyone,

I'm have th sims 4 on the ps4, and haven't gotten the update file for the the new base game items and event for the sims 25 birthday celebration. 

I'm not that active of a player, but really want to use the new items, and was wondering if anyone else has gotten it, or is also experiencing my same problem. If so, what can I do to solve it?
