Having a hard time saving game gives me error code

Product: The Sims 4 Platform:Sony Playstation 4 Which language are you playing the game in? English How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%) What is your current game version number...

@EnemyXo_ Are you still having issues with this after the last console patch ?

    I think it’s my ps4 pro. I had gotten stuck being frozen in the sims 4 and I had to unplug it so it’s been giving me problems since freezing, game corruption, safe mode loop, I contacted Sony after I attempted to fix it, they gave me tips that I have yet to try because I’ve been working. Any suggestions

      @EnemyXo_ Have you tried the troubleshooting steps Sony gave you?
