Having trouble loading after the Home screen.

I’m on a PS4 console - I was not having trouble initially after the update but a couple days ago I tried playing and once I select my sims from my load game and it goes to my World after that the loading screen gets a quarter way finished and it just continues loading but the bar never moves!! Please help I really want to play 🥲
