Help me please
I was running my game on a xbox one and it turned off by itself and when I turned it back on it restarted my whole game and deleted my saves now it keeps doing this

From the main menu of The Sims, please head into Game Options-> Other and be sure the Online Social Features Access box is checked. You'll also want to be sure your gamertag is linked with your EA account here.
