Unfortunately, it shut down again and said corruption. This is very frustrating.

Hope this helps.- Xemisa2World4 months agoRising Adventurer
@simsplayer818 Thank you for this information. I have a few questions before following these steps:
1.) What will happen to the Library and the cloud Gallery for the affected EA account? Will uploaded sims, families, creations, etc. and houses/rooms still be available? My main concern is being able to access previously saved creations.
2.) Can I reload a previously saved User Data (on USB from September, before any corruption) to fix this issue? Haven't attempted that yet because I don't know how that would affect the Rewards Events. I intended to write about what I did, but my game only worked for 1-3 hours before crashing again.
*What I tried already: I deleted the Autosave and all 10 save files and Library while keeping my current User Data (from October), then restored my previous data from USB, but I didn't overwrite the current User Data with my September save. Everything seemed to be working for a while, then it suddenly went to that blue screen.
3.) If I uninstall and reinstall, what happens to the Library and Gallery saved creations? What happens to Reaper's Rewards and Happy at Home Rewards?
4.) Can anyone specify what is contained within User Data? Where are the Rewards saved on console?
Thank you!
*This was what I tried that allowed game to work for a few hours before it crashed again.
