Can't Download Items From Gallery

PS5 user and since the recent update I have lost all items I have made in the gallery. I can see certain items on my profile which I have promoted to the gallery, but everything else that I have made and saved has gone.

Additionally, I am unable to download and save tattoos. Every time I try, the game crashes and I have to force close it. Along with this, all tattoos I had previously saved from other users are no longer saved in my library.

Is there a way to recover everything that was once saved in my library? And be able to download tattoos again?
