HELP!!

When I turn on Sims and press the X button, I get a notification saying that they sent a link to my email because my login credentials have been expired and I have the email that they say they are sending it to you but I’m not receiving the email. Is there a number or is there a way that I could reset this. (PS the link is not in my spam or trash anything it’s not in any other category.)
