Did you swap to a different PlayStation account, or are you still logged into the same account that had originally purchased the pack?
Let's try the following as well:
- Restore the licenses on your console
- Go to your Game Library
- Scroll to Your Collection
- Select The Sims 4
- Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here
- Select the DLC in this list and select Install
- When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims

I tried restoring licence (i didn't know that was a thing thank you) but it hasn't worked

And I have just checked and the issues now are across all pre installed fairy houses

Im also not sure if its connected or not but the game has been crashing everytime I play it since the issue

Gotchya, are you seeing any error code or error message? Please check your console's error history with these steps, let me know what you're seeing.

Its about 3 CE-108255-1 error codes from the 13th of this month onwards, i think they're the only relevant ones as thats after I started using the pack
